Coronavirus Tips to Remember
Thanks to the spread of Coronavirus in Central Maryland, it’s no surprise that people have become increasingly concerned about what’s going on day-to-day. Fortunately, it’s easier than you think to remain informed and to remember the established tips for limiting the spread of coronavirus. That’s why we’ve put together some of the most popular tips courtesy of the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), which include but aren’t limited to:
- Wash up: Washing the hands is the easiest way to start protecting yourself. Make sure to use a liberal amount of soap and water while performing this task. This step is only effective if you follow the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time. We recommend longer if you’ve left the home.
- Sanitizer is an equalizer: You can’t always wash your hands conveniently. When that’s the case, the best move to make is to use sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol to help in the prevention of coronavirus.
- Maintain social distancing: It’s important to follow the latest guidelines and stay home as much as possible. If you must leave the house, be sure to maintain a minimum of six feet away from everyone else. This is a must-do for Central Maryland residents.
- Clean homes matter: Regular cleaning of the home is a great way to stay ahead of this problem for yourself. If you’re unsure of the proper protocol, just follow the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
